1. Data we process
Mahjong Rush does not require players to create an account and does not directly ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details. Settings, game progress, and personal high scores are stored on your device.
If you explicitly consent to data collection, our service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage data, including:
- Game session events such as starting a game, answering, completing a game, and retrying.
- App version, device model, operating system, language, and approximate region.
- App or device identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service stability.
- Ad requests, impression results, and consent choices.
- Crash, error, and performance diagnostics, which may include network connection information.
2. How we use data
We use this data to operate and improve Mahjong Rush, understand game balance, diagnose technical issues, record consent choices, provide non-personalised ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse or invalid traffic.
Unless you consent, analytics and crash reporting remain disabled, and pending events are not uploaded.
3. Services we use
Mahjong Rush may integrate Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, Google AdMob advertising, and Google's User Messaging Platform to handle consent choices when they are required. The game is currently configured for non-personalised ads and disables the Google Mobile Ads first-party identifier. Apple devices are not asked for tracking permission.
These service providers process data under their own privacy terms:
4. Sharing, retention, and international processing
We do not sell data that directly identifies you. Data is shared only with service providers needed for analytics, consent, advertising, security, and technical operations, or where required by law. Provider systems may process data outside your country or region.
Data is retained only for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes above, provider settings, legal requirements, and security needs.
5. Your choices
If the game displays a consent message, you can use the options shown to decide whether to allow data collection. You can also refuse analytics and crash reporting, limit advertising features in your device settings, or uninstall the game to stop future processing.
Because Mahjong Rush does not have player accounts, we may not be able to connect anonymous analytics records to a specific person. If you want to ask about or delete data that we can reasonably identify, contact the development team through the contact details provided on the app store listing.
6. Children
Mahjong Rush is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal data. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal data should contact the development team so we can review it.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when game features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date on this page when a new version is published. Continuing to use the updated game means you have read the latest version of this policy.
