1. Information we process
Game progress, settings and inventory are stored on your device. Core play does not ask you to create a named LumaHex account. The game and its service providers may process installation and player identifiers, device and app information, language, approximate region, IP addresses, gameplay and button events, purchase and ad activity, and crash diagnostics.
Stores handle payment details; we receive transaction references and delivery information, not your full payment-card number. If you contact support, we process the contact details and information you choose to send.
2. Why we use information
We use information to provide game and online features, fulfil purchases and rewards, respond to support requests, diagnose crashes, improve the game, understand usage and purchase or advertising performance, and prevent fraud or service abuse. Our custom gameplay events do not contain your full city save or payment-card details.
3. Service providers
Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics provide usage measurement and crash reporting. Unity LevelPlay and participating ad networks provide and measure advertising; the current app requests restricted advertising, which can still involve device, network and ad-interaction data. Unity Gaming Services provides player authentication and city backup or sharing.
Apple and Google process store transactions. Where platform achievements are enabled, Game Center or Google Play Games processes platform identifiers and achievement progress. Relevant data is shared with these providers for their services, or disclosed when legally required. Their privacy information is available below.
4. Online cities and sharing
Choosing online backup uploads a snapshot of the active city's layout, game state and progress, with a service player identifier and timestamp. It excludes your Gem balance and purchase receipts. Anyone with the backup code can access that snapshot, so keep the code private.
Choosing public city sharing makes the city name, layout, buildings and displayed summary available to others with the share code. Do not include private information in the city name. Online city data is separate from ordinary analytics.
5. Permissions and your choices
Use available game and operating-system settings to manage tracking, advertising and local notifications. On iOS, denying the tracking request does not turn off all gameplay analytics or crash reporting. This policy does not itself grant consent or change your permission choices.
On supported iOS versions, saving a city screenshot requests permission to add that image to Photos; it does not read existing photos. Where platform achievements are available, manage the platform account through Game Center or Google Play Games.
Uninstalling stops future processing by that installation, but does not automatically delete data already held by providers or online city snapshots. Contact us about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or consent withdrawal where those rights apply. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator.
6. Retention, transfers and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal duties and security. Provider retention depends on the service and its settings. Online city snapshots currently have no automatic expiry; contact us to request removal. We may need an installation, transaction or city reference to locate records, as we do not have a named game account for every player.
Providers may process information outside your country or region, with applicable safeguards where required by law. We use reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not publish backup codes, receipts or other private references.
7. Children
LumaHex City is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children below the age at which local law permits use without parental consent. Parents or guardians should supervise use and purchases, and contact us if a child's information needs review or deletion.
8. Changes and contact
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. For privacy questions or requests, contact WMMM.IO at info@wmmm.io. Describe the request without sending passwords, payment-card details or private codes in a public message.
