These terms apply to your use of LumaHex City and its optional online services, provided by WMMM.IO. Please read them before playing or making a purchase.
WMMM.IO grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to play LumaHex City under these terms and the applicable app-store terms. The game, artwork and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders.
You must meet applicable legal and store age requirements. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree with you. Purchases require the payment account holder's permission.
Purchases are optional. Review the contents and the price shown at the store checkout before confirming payment. Gems and consumable packs are one-time purchases. Delivery follows store verification and successful saving; contact us or the billing store if you are charged but receive nothing.
Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within the game. They have no cash-out value and cannot be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by the game. Your statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
For offers containing random items, review the disclosed contents and odds before spending or buying. A particular result is not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Where an offer expressly links a purchase to an immediate draw, payment may also trigger the advertised virtual-currency spend and draw.
Rewarded ads are optional and subject to availability. Rewards require the ad service to confirm completion and the game to save the grant.
For purchases billed by Apple or Google Play, use the relevant store's refund process or contact us for help. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer guarantees, statutory refunds or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections applicable in your country or region of residence.
Progress and inventory are stored locally and may become unavailable after uninstalling, clearing app data or losing a device. Online city backup, where available, does not back up your wallet or purchased inventory. Keep backup codes private; possession of a code allows access to its city snapshot.
If you choose to publish a city, its name, layout and displayed summary may be visible to others. You allow WMMM.IO to host and display it to provide that feature, while retaining rights in your own contributions. Avoid sharing private information.
These terms do not replace privacy notices or permission choices, and do not constitute consent to tracking that requires separate permission.
Do not forge purchases or rewards, exploit bugs to obtain unauthorised items, interfere with services, access others' private data or publish unlawful or rights-infringing content.
We may take proportionate action against misuse, including restricting an affected online feature. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Features may vary by platform and version. Online services rely on networks and third parties and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, duties of care or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about missing paid content or other service problems.
We may update these terms as the game or legal requirements change. We will update this page's date, give reasonable notice of material changes and seek agreement where legally required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. You may stop using the game at any time.
